The Prime Cigar Subscription

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. We strive to ensure that the cigars shipped to you are of the highest quality. Upon packing and shipping each box, every cigar is examined and stored in an air-tight bag with a Boveda pack to keep them fresh. If quality ever becomes an issue, contact us so we can make things right.

Recurring orders will be billed on the 15th of each following month and your subscription will ship out 2-3 days after billing/processing. For example: if you sign up on June 15th, your next charge will be July 15th, then August 15th, etc.

Ex. If you order between June 1st and June 15th you will receive May's 5 pack along with the June 5th pack shipped on the 17th. If you order between June 15th and July 15th you will receive June's 5 Pack.

Please email arturo@primetobacconist.com to cancel your subscription. Requests for cancellation prior to the 1st of the month will take effect immediately. Requests made on or after the 1st will take effect the following month.
